Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not applicable to custom orders. However, we stand by our products 100% and are happy to remake an order for you at no cost.

 I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thepetcraftco.com We are unable to change the shipping address if your order shipped.
